If you wish to perform, please submit the application below by Friday, April 10, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email.
If you don’t include your music with your initial application, please note it is due no later than Friday, April 17.
A dinner will be provided free of charge for all performers.
Dancers should arrive at the event no later than 5:30 PM. Performances begin at 6:00 PM.
